Terms of Use

◈ Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the basic matters regarding the use of services and users of the Internet-based website provided by UNMI Clinic Gangnam Branch.

◈ Article 2 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These Terms and Conditions become effective when the user checks the "I agree to the above terms and conditions" box on the UNMI Clinic Gangnam Branch website. Alternatively, by registering as a member, the user signifies their agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
② You & Me Clinic Gangnam Branch may change these terms and conditions at its discretion, and the changed terms and conditions will be announced online to users through the You & Me Clinic Gangnam Branch website 7 days prior to the date of application of the changed terms and conditions, and will take effect on the date of application.
③ Users have the right to disagree with the revised terms and conditions. If they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, they may discontinue use of the service and withdraw their membership. However, if a user does not indicate "rejection" on the UNMI Clinic Gangnam branch website within 15 days of the revised terms and conditions taking effect, they will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.

◈ Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)
① Matters not specified in the terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and general practices.
② Rules regarding details not specified in the Terms and Conditions may be operated in the form of separate user guides and site policies, and are considered to be stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
③ Regarding the protection of users’ personal information, it is governed by the relevant laws and the “Personal Information Protection Policy” established by the site.

◈ Article 4 (Establishment and Conclusion of Use Agreement)
By filling out the “Membership Registration Form” and clicking the “Register” button, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use.

◈ Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
To apply for membership, please fill out the following information in the online application form.
(Name, ID, password, contact information, email)

◈ Article 6 (Approval of Service Use Application)
The site accepts applications for use when the customer accurately fills in all the information stipulated in Article 5.

◈ Article 7 (Changes to Contract Terms)
If a member's information changes from what was provided at the time of application, the member must directly correct it online.

◈ Article 8 (Site Obligations)
① The Site will not disclose or distribute personal information obtained through the provision of services to third parties without the member's consent. However, this does not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency as required by relevant laws and regulations, for criminal investigation purposes, at the request of the Information and Communications Ethics Committee, or in cases where there is a request pursuant to procedures stipulated in other relevant laws and regulations.
② The member is responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in managing or misusing the ID and password provided to the member.
③ If a member's ID is used illegally, the member must notify the site of the fact.
④ If the personal information (resident registration number and name) provided at the time of application for participation in the competition is different from the personal information of the contestant, the opportunity to receive an award and participate in the competition will be forfeited.

◈ Article 9 (Service Usage Time)
① In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 1 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical issues with the site.
② This does not apply to days or times designated by the site for regular inspections or other purposes.
③ The site may separately set availability times for each service, in which case the details will be announced in advance.

◈ Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The site may provide members with various information deemed necessary by members via e-mail or postal mail.

◈ Article 11 (Member Posts)
The site may delete, without prior notice, any content posted or registered by a member within the service if it determines that such content falls under any of the following categories.
① In case the content defames or slanders a third party and damages their reputation.
② In case the content violates public order and morals
③ If the content is deemed to be linked to criminal activity
④ In case of content that infringes on the copyright or other rights of a third party
⑤ In cases where it is judged to be in violation of other related laws and regulations
⑥ In case of violation of the terms of use set by other sites
⑦ If it does not fit the nature of each post

◈ Article 12 (Copyright of Posts)
The rights to the published information are as follows:
① Rights and responsibilities for posts belong to the poster.
② The site cannot be used for commercial purposes without the publisher's consent.
However, for non-profit posts, we reserve the right to publish them within the service.
③ Members may not use the information obtained through the use of the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling the information posted on the service, without the consent of the site.

◈ Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The site may suspend service provision in the following cases:
① In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction work such as maintenance of service facilities.
② When a telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunications services for a period specified in the Telecommunications Business Act.
③ In the event that normal service use is hindered due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or service usage surge, all or part of the service may be restricted or suspended.

◈ Article 14 (Service Termination and Restrictions on Use)
① When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, the member must submit a request for termination to the site online.
② If a member commits any of the following acts, the site may terminate the service agreement or suspend the use of the service for a specified period without prior notice.
1. If you steal someone else's service ID and password.
2. In case of intentional disruption of service operation
3. If the registered name is not your real name
4. If the same user registers twice with different IDs
5. In case of intentional dissemination of content that is detrimental to public order and morals.
6. If a member plans or executes use of the service for the purpose of harming national interests or public interests.
7. If you commit an act that damages or disadvantages another person's reputation.
8. In case of violation of the terms of use set by other sites.

◈ Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)
The site is not responsible for any damages incurred by members using the free service.

◈ Article 16 (Disclaimer)
① The site is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to a natural disaster or other force majeure.
② The site is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, data, and facts posted by members.
③ The site is not responsible for any service disruption caused by the member's fault.
④ The site is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the member's use of the service or from information obtained through the service.
